Shaking Out

Knowing when to shake out and even how long to do it for on a route can be a lot harder to determine than you might think. If you are in a hands-off rest, that is easy to maintain, you could recover for hours. If the position is more of a respite then you may need to figure out just how long you need to recover. There are also several ideas as to how to best go about shaking out.
