Reflective Practice

Reflective Practice is the ability to analyse and question how you climb, it is a key part to improving in every possible area you can train from the TTPPS (Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological & Safety parts of climbing performance). It is about trying to ask yourself important questions with regards where you are now, where you want to go and how best to get there. There are several models for reflective practise, we are going to have a look at a few practical ways to explore how to become better at reflecting and analysing your performance.
