Motivation

Being and state motivated is a key part to reaching you goals, whether that be motivation to train or get on routes that you know will be hard for you. There are many theories of motivation and often dependent on your personality and person preferences will make one or more theories appeal to you. Whatever it is that motivates you, the key is to identify it and leverage it on an on going basis to ensure you keep trying to reach your goals.
