Jumping for Holds

This is not here for the majority of outdoor climbers, instead, it is here for the competition climbers. Where jump to hang a hold or in the case of bouldering bridge gaps in the handholds when on modern parkour-esque problems. Either way, there are advantages to being able to jump for holds, but it comes at a much higher risk of failure when you have the chance of failing due to your, take off, landing and even if you do hang the hold initially often the subsequent swing will see you off.
