Understanding Training Principles
In order to physically improve we need to not only to train, but train by using some basic training principles that will aid your improvement. As such this is about starting to understand why we target different energy systems and how we can include an appropriate form of overload to the training to help with steady improvements. Whilst these principles are generally simple, not knowing them will mean you training may well be less effective than you want. As such spending a little bit of time to understand the basic principles of training will allow you to create and carry out your training with confidence.
