Footwork
Precise and accurate footwork is the foundation of efficient climbing technique. Those foundations include looking for and identifying different types of footholds and how best to utilise them. Once you have mastered these basics you can then start looking at the accuracy of placing your feet and how to use step-throughs or foot swaps to set yourself up for crux moves.
